Now well-ripened in its 14th year, Wychwood is the perfect family festival to kick off the summer.
Although it takes place at Cheltenham Racecourse, we treat the space as a green field site and install full site services and manage the event construction. For the third year, we also oversaw the management, stocking, staffing and delivery of three successful bars across the site.
The event is designed with young families in mind, as those camping can drive into the site to drop off their belongings before parking their car to eliminate lengthy trips back and forth. The main arena is then only a short walk away, with all stages, traders, workshops, amusements and bars in close proximity. There is then plenty of space left for festival-goers to relax and wander at their leisure.
This year’s highlights included the return of the much-loved headphone disco and fairground, along with stage performances from family favourite Dick & Dom and headliners The Gypsy Kings, Shed Seven, Baxter Dury and Feeder.
