We’re already in the midst of another year, and where has it gone?! The past few months have been quite a whirlwind at Tarren, but we do like being busy! For this reason, we are pleased to announce that we have recruited our newest member of the Tarren team. Chris Gage joins as our New Business and Marketing Manager.
Chris brings with him more than a decade of marketing experience across multiple sectors including fashion, construction, sport, sustainable energy and SaaS. With the remit of refining and managing our marketing strategy while driving new business, it is a challenge that Chris is more than looking forward to:
“I had a wonderful year at my previous employer and very much saw it as a great chance to learn about the software as a service sector. However, with an hour commute each way taking its toll, when I saw that Tarren were hiring it was a complete no brainer.
The events industry is so diverse. Every job is different and comes with its own challenges. Meeting Tarren during my time at Superdry, the production team at Tarren always stood out to me as they work with clients to make events unique, turning vision and ideas into reality no matter how bonkers it might be! In a similar vein to Industrial Light and Magic, they are real “imagineers”. If Tarren don’t know how to do something, they will find a way or simply invent the solution! It is that innovation, creativity, and the quality of the events they produce that are so appealing.”
As the company grows back up to full strength post pandemic it is great to have a full Marketing & New Business Department in house. We are excited to welcome Chris to our ever-growing team at Tarren.
With the summer flying by, it is only a couple of months until we will find ourselves back in Montpellier for the Cheltenham Literature Festival and the start of autumn event season. With a busy six months ahead of us, we have the team to produce some of the biggest events in the three counties region.
