Aim: We were asked by AMV Live to produce their latest activation for Virgin Holidays, and bring the bright lights of Vegas to Shoreditch with a themed pop-up. 

Where: Box Park, Bethnal Greeb

When: July 2016

What: Visitors to the pop-up were welcomed by a chorus of showgirls, hosts and entertainers before being given a boarding pass, which was used as a data capture tool. They were then escorted to a waiting lounge, complete with cocktail bar, Cirque Du Soleil entertainers, custom neon lights and photo opportunities. 

The main attraction of the activation were 4 Vegas themed VR experiences. Armed with a headset, participants were able to experience the thrills of a Gondola ride at The Venetian, a ride on the Slotzilla Zipline throughout Vegas’ casinos, a helicopter ride over The Strip, and a Cirque Du Soleil performance.

Our Role: Tarren were responsible for implementing the Virgin branded skeleton structure marquee, along with all of its VR components including staging, decking, lighting and the experiences themselves.
