We are looking for a Creative Designer to create amazing graphics, sketches and ideas for TPL and its clients.

About us
Tarren Production Ltd (TPL) are specialists in live event production and we design, plan and deliver amazing events for our customers and their brands.
These events include festival productions, pop up activations, product launches and exhibitions all over Europe.

Our Creative Graphic Designer will need two hats.

Soft Hat: Part of your role will be to create amazing graphics, sketches and ideas for TPL and its clients.
Hard Hat: The other part of your role will be to be on site, assisting with creative input on great live events, festivals, product launches, exhibitions and brand activations.

What would you be doing at TPL today?

  • Maintaining our brand consistency with brand rules you design and implement.
  • Creating 2D and 3D images in Auto Cad, Google Sketch Up or Vector Works (your choice!).
  • Creating amazing and engaging visuals for our client’s event branded graphics and signage.
  • Creating digital marketing adverts and making our social media images look incredible.
  • Refreshing our website design with WordPress and news updates.
  • Drawing detailed event site plans that help our operations team to deliver.
  • Helping our operations team to install live events and festivals anywhere in Europe.
  • Working with our event producers and suppliers to ensure the creative event elements are delivered.
  • Joining in with the whole team to deliver an amazing exhibition stand in London.

How will you impress us?
You will probably have:

  • A relevant degree level qualification and two years’ real life experience in a fast paced design role.
  • An excellent working knowledge of Creating 2D and 3D images in Auto Cad, Google Sketch Up, Vectorworks etc.
  • The ability to hand sketch your concept or ideas quickly and accurately.
  • Hands on live event or exhibition design experience.
  • Great illustration skills, turning words and briefs into stunning sketches & visuals.
  • Exceptional creativity and a high standard of attention to detail with good communication skills.
  • A practical ability to assist delivering live events with your own hard hat!.
  • A team approach and a passion for getting stuck in to live events.

The Important bit:

Location: Based in our courtyard offices in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. (Some site visits to client’s locations and shadowing our producers and live events across Europe).

Contract: Full time, 40 hours / week. (6 month initial probationary period).

Dates: Closing date for applications – 3pm on the 17thth March.

Salary: £24,000. Plus pension, good working conditions & daily free parking. Business travel reimbursed.
