To launch Superdry’s AW16 collection we designed, built and installed their longest runway to date.
Reflecting on Supergroups year on year success it was time to up the game of their launchs and deliver a spectacle to wow both global staff and buyers.
Using a disused warehouse near the groups headquarters in Cheltenham, we built a 45m runway utilising 915 square meters of decking, 300m of truss and over 100 moving Robe lighting fixtures. The runway featured 40 models showing 80 new looks incorporating the new Sport and Snow ranges.
The runway was only a small part of the overall event which also featured: models dressing area, cocktail bars, vip lounges and an afterparty to end all after parties, with enough sound, lighting and lasers to fill a small arena.
