AMV Live of AMV BBDO asked Tarren Production to help produce their latest activation for Virgin Holidays and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.
The Vegas themed pop up brought a taster of the fun of Vegas to Shoreditch’s Boxpark from 7th-9th July. Built into a Virgin Holidays red marquee, guests were treated to cocktails by master mixologist Salvatore Calabrese on a sophisticated cocktail bar (referencing The Bound bar at the Cromwell Hotel & Casino), wowed by dazzling showgirls, shown the bright lights of Vegas with neon lights and then taken on a journey in four virtual reality pods; using headsets visitors were taken into red velvet draped VR pods and entertained by Cirque du Soleil, taken on a Maverick helicopter ride over the Vegas strip, rode on a gondola at the Venetian Hotel and taken on the Slotzilla zipwire through the casinos.
Between VR sessions the awesome and unique Cirque Du Soleil and their high energy acrobatics entertained guests and passersby.
