With 20 years in the industry Chris has worked on over 2500 separate events with over 3000 live event days for over 70 different clients in the UK, and Europe.

Chris is our event production director with a hands on overview of all events and brand activations that we produce. Previously he worked for 3 event companies and now provides technical production management and consultancy from his own company Tarren Production Ltd.

In the past 15 years Chris has been instrumental in the start up of, among others, End Of The Road Festival which has sold out every year since 2008, weeks in advance and has won several awards including: best new festival, best small festival and 3 greener festival awards.

Amy has worked in both theatre and live events and has experience in many aspects of the event industry, helping her to support the team with ideas and creative briefs.  Amy often tours with Music Theatre Wales contemporary Opera shows including overseas tours. Recent projects include work on Cheltenham Jazz Festival in association with Radio 2 and Cheltenham Literature Festival as well as BT River of Music Festival.

Amy likes; Walking the dog up the hill, trips away in the camper van, the awesome powers of red wine, reading and good theatre

Simon Rastall

Operations Manager

Having set up and operated 3 successful event businesses over 20 years, Simon comes with a wealth of business and event problem solving experience. With years of running his own corporate events business and a background in conference and catering management, he likes details to be correct and pursues the 7P’s of management.

In an earlier life he oversaw events in huge sporting stadia so loves the big, awkward and difficult to deliver events – Basically if the brief looks horribly awkward we give it to Simon!

Ignoring his list of educational achievement’s, his core skills are people and project management and a gift of seeing problems before they exist as well as diffusing stressful situations; quite useful when you’re stuck in London on double red lines explaining what a brand activation is to’’ the authorities’’.

Rik Haines

Senior Event Producer

Bio

A skilled and versatile producer who has managed a very large variety of projects; from music festivals, PR stunts, projection mapping shows, conferences, experiential activations, product launches, large scale sports events and private parties since 2000. Having started in the industry producing music festivals, he’s since gone on to produce brand experiences and experiential events working for Ear to the Ground, Frukt, RPM, Amplify and more recently Drive Productions. Working alongside agencies and direct to brands his experience covers; pop-up shops, in-store launches, touchscreen technology, converting shipping containers, projection technology, designing and touring exhibition stands globally, set build and design creative production ideas and a lot more.

Martha Cassels

Office Assistant

Martha’s role includes being the first port of call for enquiries to our office and supporting the wider team with event production responsibilities. She has excellent customer service, interpersonal and written communications skills. Martha has a scary ability for research and event prop searching, we can’t hide anything in the warehouse without her finding it. She is a whizz online and the Senior Production Managers task her with researching clients requests- Martha always comes up trumps!

Claire Dovey

Financial Controller

Claire is an accounting and business services freelancer carrying out the finance duties for Tarren Production on Xero.  Claire carried out the accounts transfer from Excel and carries out our weekly/monthly accounts, pensions, VAT, accounts reporting.

Claire likes: Social experiments and experiential ‎events, hip hop, trash tv, positive psychology and living life in the funny lane!

Claire has worked within the events industry since 2008 as an accountant as well as covering marketing and production based duties.

As a mother of her 11 year old, has a huge passion for psychology and runs her own business Task HQ.
